Q Can I have a sample order for stainless steel products?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q What about the lead time?

Sample takes 3-5 days, production time takes 7-15days for order quantity more than 28tons.

Q Do you have any MOQ limit for stainless steel products order?

Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking

Q How do you ship and how long does it take to arrive?

For samples, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional. For mass products, ship freight is preferred.

Q Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

Yes.OEM and ODM can be provided for us.

Q Do you provide guarantee for the product?

Yes, we provide 5-10 years warranty for our products.

Q How to deal with the failure?

First of all, our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the defective rate will be reduced by 0.2%.
