In terms of physical properties, the thermal expansion coefficient of 434 stainless steel is about 11x10^-6/K at 20-100℃, the thermal conductivity is low, about 16W/mK (100℃), and the resistivity is about 1.3x10^-6Ω·m‌2.

Supply form and heat treatment process

434 stainless steel is usually supplied in the form of wire, plate, round steel, etc., suitable for different processing and application requirements. In terms of heat treatment, its annealing temperature range is 788 - 872°C, usually cooled in air. In addition, 434 stainless steel is not affected by heat treatment, that is, its hardness cannot be improved by heat treatment.
