Corrosion resistance and mechanical properties

S31803 duplex stainless steel pipe performs well in acidic and chloride environments, and can effectively resist corrosion from a variety of chemical substances such as phosphoric acid, nitric acid, calcium nitrate and copper carbonate. Its tensile strength is ≥620 MPa, yield strength is ≥450 MPa, and elongation after fracture is ≥25%, showing good mechanical properties‌. In addition, S31803 also has excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in corrosive environments such as seawater, chemical industry and petroleum.
