S32205 duplex stainless steel pipe is a stainless steel material with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Its main characteristics include high strength, good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability and high temperature stability.

Chemical composition

The chemical composition of S32205 includes carbon (C) ≤0.030%, silicon (Si) ≤1.00%, manganese (Mn) ≤2.00%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.030%, sulfur (S) ≤0.020%, chromium (Cr) 22.00~23.00%, nickel (Ni) 4.50~6.50%, molybdenum (Mo) 3.00~3.50%, nitrogen (N) 0.14~0.20%1. These ingredients make it have excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, suitable for highly corrosive environments.
